In simple terms, if you place a preorder, you haven't yet gotten a notification that it shipped, and you ask us for your money back, we will give you a full refund - no questions asked.
To show just how confident we are in the quality of our products, we have a 90-day “103% moneyback guarantee” on delivered products. If you receive your VIX product and within 90 days of delivery you decide that you don’t like it for whatever reason, we can’t promise that we won’t be disappointed but we’ll understand - no questions asked, we will provide packaging, cover shipping costs, refund your purchase in full, and send you $10 on top of all that to make up for your troubles.
If you don’t want to take our $10, ask us for our “Hawaiian Refund Special” and we’ll call up your local pizzeria and have a Hawaiian pizza delivered to your door (and yes, it does have to be Hawaiian). Please keep in mind that products must arrive in undamaged and “like-new” condition for this refund policies to apply. International customers will be responsible for return shipments unless otherwise specified.
